VibeBlox (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use VibeBlox, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address and name, provided when you create an account via Clerk.
• App ideas and project data — the text you enter and the plans VibeBlox generates, stored so you can access them later.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the product is used (pages visited, features used). This helps us improve the product.

We do not collect payment card data directly. If payment processing is introduced, it will be handled by a third-party provider under their own privacy terms.

• To provide and operate the VibeBlox service
• To save and retrieve your projects
• To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g. sign-in links)
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your idea or project content for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

VibeBlox uses the following third-party services:

• Clerk — authentication and user account management. Your account data is stored and processed by Clerk under their privacy policy.
• Neon — serverless PostgreSQL database used to store your project data securely.
• OpenAI — used to generate app structure plans from your idea descriptions. Your idea text is sent to OpenAI to produce this output. OpenAI processes this data under their privacy policy.

VibeBlox uses session cookies for authentication purposes (managed by Clerk). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic analytics may use a first-party cookie or local storage to distinguish sessions.

Your account and project data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your personal data and project content within 30 days of a verified request.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your project data

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of VibeBlox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
